Local Tropical Treat

TGIF..... except when your weekend revolves around studying.... oh well!
I did a mini Farmers Market run today,
saw some funky cauliflower
and got LOCAL GINGER!!!!!!

Organic Ginger? In Boston??? Yes Yes Yes! Its grown in an unheated greenhouse at Old Friends Farm and is simply delightful!
So if you're in the Boston Area, go get some at the Copley Farmers Market!
I'm back to Biochem and drinking my fresh ginger tea :)
