Stevia In the Raw Giveaway

As I mentioned last week, Stevia is my favorite sweetener. And I am constantly trying new brands to find the one I like the best. While I have liked the generic pure stevia from Whole Foods and Trader Joes, they are not easily transportable. I get a little sad when I want to sweeten my tea on campus and I find myself swimming in a sea of sugar and splenda.

and then Ta-dah! Stevia In the Raw to the rescue!

Thanks to the super people at Stevia in the Raw I was able to attend Expo East-which rocked! While their I tried their product and liked it a lot. The individual packets, while not the "green-est" are so convenient for a girl on the go. And I don't taste any bitter aftertaste!
Then their generosity continued and they sent me a big package of stevia related goodness to pass on to people! So it's time for a giveaway!
  • There will be 2 winners who each get a box of 50 packets!
  • You have until next Monday (the 9th) enter!
  • How? Just leave a comment on what you use to sweeten up you life!
  • if you Retweet this giveaway @ellie88 You'll be entered twice!
  • come Nov 9th i'll head on over to Random.org and pick a winner!
Easy as Pie!
Have a Sweet day!!

Oh and Check out the latest Sweet Tooth Friday post on No Meat Athlete! Excellent post about baking with Stevia and more information about FDA approval!

I usually use agave or maple syrup but this sounds really interesting!

I use Equal pretty exclusively, but I've been trying to get into Stevia. I'll give this brand a try!

Grade B maple syrup, agave, brown rice syrup, dates, blackstrap molasses, and lots of white sugar and aspartame! haha no, just kidding about the last two.

I have a bit of a sweet tooth-- so basically all sweeteners- I admit- I enjoy splenda- though I've been trying to use less of it. Raw sugar is great in coffee- esp iced- you just wind up with straws full of sugar mwahhaa

but like you I defineltely love fruit for its natural sweetness! Natures Candy :)

Recently, I have been using honey in my tea to soothe my throat. I also love Sugar in the Raw, but have never tried stevia :(

I'm a sucker for turbinado sugar, maple syrup or buckwheat honey when I can, also have something called "Just Like Sugar" for baking which is all natural sugar free with chicory root... good stuff!

Cool, I've never tried Stevia in the Raw. I do love using Stevia to sweeten my tea and coffee.

I've tried stevia before and I was not a fan- I"m not sure if it was the particular brand of stevia though?

To "sweeten up my life", I like to use bananas in just about everything. Fruit is the best sweetener around!

I don't add much sugar to my food - i drink coffee and tea without it. But, if I am going to sweeten something I usually use local honey from JP or maple syrup!
