I always find that studying while exercising is the best. You kill two birds with one stone and are so busy trying to distract yourself from your workout that you focus hard on your study material!

I have so been wanting to try those holiday teas from Hain Celestial, but they don't have them at my local grocer ... may have to go online!
Love your holiday treats highlighted in this post! I prefer silk nog to regular eggnog! And a lot of the holiday teas are usually surprisingly tasty.
