Be it:
green
black
yerba mate
yogi tea (for their wise sayings)

ginger tea
holiday tea
Fun Facts:
- Black, green and oolong all come from the same plant- Camellia sinesis, but depending on how it is processed/fermented it becomes either green, black or oolong (the inbetweener)
- It seems like research keeps coming out about the benefits of tea! It can increase attention-span, lower diabetes risk, prevent lung cancer and the list goes on!
What's your favorite type of tea? Are you primarily a coffee or a tea drinker?
Enjoy your Monday! I'm off to have tea at Upstairs on the Square for Haiti!

Ohhh...I love tea! My favorite at the moment is Mate Chai w/ a little sugar and soymilk. I also love green, morrocan mint, and yerba mate....yumm!
MMmm I've totally been contemplating doing a tea or coffee post- and I had no idea is was tea month! Learn something new every day.
I drink a ton of both coffee and tea-- I go through phases on which one is the primary one of the moment. Favorite Tea?? I really enjoy Celestial Seasons Almond Sunset dessert tea. Almost any form of Chai is also really good :D
I had a bit of a bad experience drinking way too much green tea back in high school, since then I still can't seem to get the same enjoyment out of it unfortunately.
I'm a tea lover, never had a full cup of coffee in my life. I love yogi teas and their little motivational messages. I'm a big fan of their Indian spice and hazelnut vanilla. I also like mint and ginger tea. The brand doesn't matter.
