Pho Sho!

Pho: Pronounced "fha" ( listen)) is a Vietnamese noodle soup. The soup includes noodles made from rice and is often served with basil, lime, bean sprouts, and peppers that are added to the soup by the diner. It is delicious

A few weekends ago I met Amanda and Katherine at Pho Pasteur (682 Washington St Chinatown, Boston) to chow down on some Vietnamese soups
Give me Vegetables Tofu, noodles, add your own sriracha, chili paste, unami sauce, and bean sprouts and I am beyond happy. Give me a bill that's under $10 and I become ecstatic!

It was wonderful to meet the faces behind Boston Bloggers while being serenaded by dueling pianos. Hearing Tupac and Eminem on a piano is very entertaining-who knew?? Thanks for the invite Kinsey!
