I'm a little bit obsessed with these raw vegan desserts. and not just because they're raw or vegan but because they are SO DELICIOUS.
First, the macaroons. coconut, coconut oil and maple syrup make a rich, but still light macaroon (does that make any sense?) and at room temp they literally melt in your mouth.

100% gluten free- BUT according to Hail Merry ~ 80% of their buyers are not raw or GF-they just love a delicious treat.
