I've found a new breakfast love: The Smoothie Bowl
after a killer stadiums workout with Tara
It's super easy to make. Just a smoothie with less water=sorbet texture=perfect for topping with granola. here's my killer summer breakfast:
Summer Smoothie Bowl
-1/2 cup almond milk, water or OJ
-1 cup frozen raspberries and strawberries
-1 scoop Vega Performance Protein Vanilla
-Optional add-ins: 1 tsp matcha (for a caffeine kick) or 1 tsp tart cherry powder
Top with cereal of choice (lately i've been loving KIND hemp granola!)
