Raw Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs (or semisweet chocolate chips)
- Mint extract or mint tea or fresh mint leaves
This makes 1 serving, but of course, sharing is better so double, triple and quadruple it for your friends
